Companion services are designed to offer companionship and monitor activities that assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a safe environment.
Duties: Provide a safe and comfortable environment, assist individual with simple daily tasks and supervise activities as directed, such as medication reminder, dressing, etc. Can accompany on appointments and errands.

Homemaker services are designed to provide assistance and/or instruct an individual in managing their household.
Duties: Meal preparation, planning and shopping along with medication reminder, errands, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors.
This service includes everything our Homemaker service provides. Additionally, this service directly assists individuals with personal hygiene if they have a condition that limits their ability to do so alone.
Duties: Meal preparation, planning and shopping, along with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting activities. Pre-poured medication reminder/assist. Errands, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors, accompany client to physician, shopping, etc.
This service is provided to individual that has a medical condition that requires consistent personal care and monitoring. This service provides assistance with 1 to 2 toileting or bed care assists per night.
Duties: Meal preparation, planning and shopping along with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting activities. Pre-poured medication reminder/assist. Errands, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors, accompany client to physician, shopping, etc.
Emergency Care is a service provided to individual with immediate safety or medical needs deemed necessary by medical professional.

This service is provided to individuals with hospice needs. This includes everything our 24/7 service provides. Additionally, a qualified caregiver(s) will monitor and maintain a comfortable environment for the individual.
Care of the frail and ailing involves both care of the client and of the family. We at Chrisel's Affordable Care, LLC understand the family of a terminally ill client has special needs that include honest communication, practical and psychosocial support and bereavement counseling.

This program is designed to provide individual assistance in areas of legal and real estate matters with advisement from accounting and law firms that follow state guidelines for the State of Connecticut. Information about estate planning,
conservatorship, or power of attorney is available at the individual's request. Fees are applied on an individual basis.
At Chrisel's Affordable Care, LLC we realize there are more concerns beyond the day-to-day personal care of you or your loved one.
